Research On Optimization Of Internal Structure Of Beijing's Service Industry

The trend of the global economy is becoming more and more obvious,and the optimization and upgrading of the service industry structure has become an essential support for the development of modern economy.Although the total volume of Beijing's service industry is developing well,In 2015 the tertiary industry output value of Beijing was 18331,7 billion yuan.The proportion of tertiary industry employment rose to 78.8%,but compared to 2005 in New York,there were still about 10%of the gap,while Beijing's labor productivity from 200 to the present overall decline of 15.6%.So combined with the reality,it can be found that the internal structure of Beijing's service industry is still low and the internal structure is not excellent.Beijing is at the center of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy,and at the same time,it is striving to build a "high-tech" economic structure.The research on the internal structure of Beijing's service industry is conducive to a better upgrade and development of Beijing's service industry.,But also conducive to Beijing's "high-tech" economic structure optimization.Most of previous studies have focused on the relationship between service industries and other industries,or on the impact of the single factor at the provincial level on the optimization of service industry structure,and neglected the comprehensive analysis of the internal structure of metropolitan service industry.From the angle of supply and demand,this paper established the capital supply,the labor resources,the technology supply,the industrial policy,The level of urbanization and international trade in services as the dominant factor in the internal structure of the service industry changes in the mechanism;combaining The role of qualitative perspective on factor concentration,value added,comparative labor productivity and other sectors of the national economy and the quantitative angle of the developed countries as the proportion of the mean value of the structural optimization criteria.The paper got the proportion of added value,compare labor productivity,direct consumption coefficient,complete consumption coefficient and influence coefficient according to the GDP of Beijing,the employment level of each industry and so on from 2000 to 2015,and made a comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the current situation of the internal structure of Beijing's service industry from three aspects:internal structure change trend,comparative labor productivity change,industry interaction and industry spillover.Thirdly,the paper analyzed the factors influencing the internal structure of Beijing's service industry by constructing the multiple regression equation.The results show that since the reform and opening up the service industry in Beijing has made great progress,but the input and output efficiency is low,the production efficiency is low;and the service industry in Beijing had been transformed from the circulation service industry and the producer service industry to the production service industry,the growth of its internal financial industry stagnation,to be improved;in the development of service industry in Beijing,the proportion of circulation services gradually decreased,but in a period of time should continue to be an important service industry,It is necessary to improve the internal efficiency and international competitiveness of the liquidity services sector.It is believed that further efforts should be made to strengthen the training of personnel in the service industry,raise the level of labor force,vigorously develop the production service industry dominated by science and technology service industry,enhance the efficiency of circulation industry and optimize the development of circulation service industry.
