Since twenty-first Century,overseas investment and M&A of China enterprises are growing,especially with the new opportunities of "The Belt and Road" coming,more and more Chinese enterprises overseas investment and development.In the context of China's economic slowdown,to seek more profit sources overseas,to supplement their own growth;access to new markets,brand effect,technology,research and development capabilities,access to products and supply chain.To obtain long-term development,achieve sustainable management.I work at the QMD Co.Ltd.It is an outstanding enterprise in casting industry veteran,to achieve "a world-class modern casting factory" of the strategic objectives of the group.QMD is looking for an international outstanding enterprise as the partner to complete transnational M&A.Foundry industry is known as the "mother of the industry",China foundry industry and developed countries compared,big but not strong,in the ability of independent innovation,resource utilization and production efficiency,industrial and product structure,the degree of information,such as the quality and effectiveness of the gap is obvious.China's implementation of the strategic action program of manufacturing power,"made in China 2025" clearly pointed out that the ten key areas are closely related to the foundry industry,foundry industry has become the main product and the development of major technical equipment bottlenecks."Quality and brand,innovation driven,green casting,structural optimization,lean management and personnel training" is the six major development strategy of China's foundry industry.QMD group's strategic management of cross-border M&A is in the new development situation.Therefore,this paper is combined with the multinational M&A strategy management theory and transnational M&A strategy management application case,summed up the core strategy of the application of transnational M&A strategy management,and the actual application in QMD group transnational M&A,hope to provide a reference for the similar enterprise strategic management of transnational M&A.The article is divided into six parts: the first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,research content and framework,research methods.The second chapter introduces the concept and types of transnational M&A,development stage and theoretical research results,the basic process of strategic management.The third chapter introduces the development prospect of China foundry industry and the current situation of transnational M&A strategy of QMD group.The fourth chapter is enterprise transnational M&A strategy management application case analysis and experience.The fifth chapter is the plan of QMD group transnational M&A strategy management.The sixth chapter is the implementation of QMD group transnational M&A strategy management.
