In the 21 st century,under the background of economic globalization,information network,industrial intelligence and high-end consumption,the sales of products has changed from the seller's market to the buyer's market.Therefore,the personalized and differentiated products get the favor of the market,and obtain the advantages in the competition.The mass customization(MC)provides customers with flexible customized products by approaching to low-cost and high-speed mass production paten.Meantime,its combination of industrialization and personalization is a new thinking model for the enterprise to participate in competition and gain profit.The product begins with the customer demand and ultimately meets the customer demand.The customer demand is the driving force for the formation and development of mass customization.To meet customer demand in maximal degree on the basis of the idea of mass customization is the core issue and strategic choice of enterprise to get competitive advantages and occupy market shares.According to the idea of mass customization,this thesis is based on the characteristics of the customer demand,oriented to the customer demand management,and aimed at meeting the needs of customers.The main research works are as follows:Firstly,advance the demand management system of mass customization that includes design demand and customization demand.The thesis mainly uses three methods including technology of quality function deployment(QFD),product modular design and product configuration,among which QFD product concept needs to form a specific design and indicators demand,product modular design product modularization and construction product customization data platform,product configuration to achieve the final product customization.The demand management system achieves customer needs functions in the whole process of production.Secondly,in the customization process,the three-stage customization strategy of search customization,algorithm customization and variant customization is proposed.Search customization is the direct use of the existing configuration scheme.Algorithm customization is the application of intelligent algorithm non-dominated solution optimization to obtain the best configuration scheme.Variant customization acquires a configuration scheme by optimizing the structure or parameters of a module that has a critical impact.The third phase is algorithm customization.An improved differential cellular genetic algorithm is proposed which combines differential evolution algorithm with cellular genetic algorithm.The validity of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments,according to the requirements of the fast solving algorithm.And the improved algorithm is applied to practical configuration problems.At last based on the mass customization,the Demand Management System(DMS)is developed to capture and analyze customer design requirements and to meet customer customization demands.Meanwhile,demonstrate the functional module business of design demands and customization demands,to achieve the purpose of combining theory and practice.
