With the continuous development of economic society,people are pursuing personalized,diversified and specialized products more and more actively.In order to satisfy customers'demand,manufacturing enterprises are adopting mixed-model assembly line.To complete the demand in the planning time,suppliers need to supply proper quantity of parts,finished products need to be delivered to customers in time,and enterprises need to have a set of efficient production system.So it is necessary that production system and supply chain system work collaboratively.Some research showed that there was an interaction between the assembly line balancing system and supply chain network system,which can improve the accuracy,reliability and customer service level,when we design the supply chain network system.A supply-assembly-distribution chain network system is established with including multi-products,multi-customers,multi-assemblers,multi-suppliers.The model optimizes the decision for supply chain network with the balancing and sequencing of mixed model assembly line.And also the paper study the effect on the optimization of supply chain network when we consider the assembly line sequencing.Finally,we study the case that the resource is constrained when managers optimize supply chain network.We establish the mathematical model and obtain the results by the optimization method.Here are some important achievements:1.The model can make the optimization decisions that how to supply,how to assembly,how to distribute for the suppliers,customers,assemblers,and products.2.It is the first time that the mixed integer programming model for the makespan is established.3.The model can get the best result to reduce the total cost of the project when the assembly line sequencing is studied.4.The model can optimize the allocation of resources to reduce the total cost when the resource is constrained.Some scholars have studied the situation that supply chain optimization with simple assembly line balancing.The paper expand the research on supply chain network optimization with the mixed model assembly line due to the fact,which supplement the research in this field and provide some reference and suggestions for the enterprises.
