With the policy introduction of collaborative development about Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,making Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to be a third growth pole following the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta is become a national strategy.Traffic integration as the primary task of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei collaborative development will undoubtedly bring boost to the region.However,how about the coordination of transportation and economic development about Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei?The construction of new lines will bring about what kind of impaction about the coordination?This paper conducts a thorough analysis of these problems and draw conclusions,in order to provide reference for future research scholars,but also the introduction of planning for government departments to provide suggestions and reference,so the research has great practical significance and theoretical significance.In the theoretical research,based on the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the regional spatial structure theory and the interaction mechanism between traffic and economy.In the empirical research,this paper selects the coupling model,and builds the two subsystems of transportation and regional economy.This paper choose the methods of accessibility model and principal component analysis to measure the traffic and economic development quality of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in 2014.Besides,this paper improve transportation accessibility model by joining the passenger and freight volume index.Then we get the coupling coordination degree between traffic quality and economic quality.We further obtain the transportation and regional economy coupling coordination distribution map of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei;We take the gray forecast model to forecast the economic index of 2020,Using the OD cost matrix of ArcGIS software to get the traffic development level after the implementation of traffic planning in 2020.Then we get the coupling scheduling of two subsystems under the condition of prediction.Attempts to compare the impact of the implementation of traffic planning on the coupling of transport and economic about Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The results show that Beijing and Tianjin are still in the development of the pattern of the highest level,they are the two core and their coupling coordination are 0.83 and 0.71.They belong to quality coordination.The coupling coordination of different cities in Hebei province is relatively poor,and the coupling coordination degree is lower than 0.4;But after the construction of traffic lines,the coordination is improved to different degrees.Especially the improvement of Chengde and Zhangjiakou is the most significant,increased by 10%and 8%;Meanwhile,the overall differences in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region has improved significantly.The standard deviation of the coupling coordination was reduced from 0.259 in 2014 to 0.247 in 2020,and the degree of improvement was up to 4.67%;The regional traffic accessibility was reduced from 0.932 to 0.846,and the degree of improvement was up to 9.26%.The improvement of economic quality was about 14.14%.The traffic integration promotes the overall development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,reducing the gap of development.
