Under the "One Belt,One Road" economic development initiative, economic strength of the Inner Mongolia has been significantly improved by the location advantages in the China-Mongolian-Russian economic corridor and the support of relevant national policies. In the context of the new economic and regional coordinated development, strengthening regional interactions by improving regional transportation infrastructure conditions, enhancing inter-regional economic ties, and transforming regional resource endowment advantages and market potential into economic growth drivers are particularly important in Inner Mongolia today. Therefore, this paper takes 12 cities in Inner Mongolia as the research object, and studies the regional accessibility and economic linkage pattern of city in the Inner Mongolia,in order to provide theoretical basis and decision support for Inner Mongolia traffic construction and economic development strategy.Accessibility and economic linkage are important metrics that characterize traffic dominance and regional interaction respectly. The existing research mainly uses weighted travel time model and gravity model to measure accessibility and economic connection respectively, but ignores the influence of "transit waiting+city travel time"and urban comprehensive quality on both,so the measurement is not accurate. Therefore, this paper amended the weighted travel time model and gravity model, measures accessibility and economic connection, and improves the accuracy of measurement.Based on this, the coupling coordination degree model is constructed to evaluate the coordinated development degree of accessibility and economic connection. Finally, using spatial auto correlation analysis method analyzed the spatial dependence and spatial agglomeration characteristics of accessibility, economic linkage and accessibility-economic linkage coupling degree by.The study found that:CDThe accessibility presents "central-peripheral" structure, and the Hohhot,Baotou,Ordos,Ulanchabu is the center of the region. And accessibility are spatially dependent, with dual structural features of hot spot agglomeration in the west and cold agglomeration in the east in Inner Mongolia.?The distribution of economic linkages is uneven. The economic linkage network centered on Hohhot and Baotou in the western region is gradually maturing, and the economic linkage intensity in the eastern region is weak. There is only one "Tongliao-Chifeng" economic linkage axis.?In general, the coupling degree of accessibility and economic linkages in Inner Mongolia is still in a state of minor imbalance, and the spatial distribution is obviously different. The west is basically in a state of coordinated development, and the east is in an unbalanced state. The accessibility-economic linkage coupling degree has spatial positive correlation, and the coupling coordination degree of cities in the west Inner Mongolia agglomeration is obviously high.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper put forward the following suggestions:use "Liaoliao-Chifeng" as the main economic link axis to build an economic link network between the eastern cities in Inner Mongolia;strengthen the east-west linkage, and promote the balanced development of Inner Mongolia;continue to improve the transportation infrastructure between the two central cities(Hohhot and Baotou)and the others,to improve the radiation capacity of central cities;Break the administrative monopoly and shaping the regional development pattern of the eastern region in Inner Mongolia combined with Northeast City Group.
