Study On The Influence Of Agricultural Productive Service Industry Development On The Income Of Farmers In China

China is at a critical stage in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Agricultural development is facing challenges such as capping the price of agricultural products,increasing the cost of production and increasing the "hard restraint" of the resource environment.The development of the agricultural productive service industry is conducive to increasing agricultural income,reducing agricultural production costs,effectively solving issues such as agricultural part-time employment,and further deepening the division of labor in the agricultural industrial chain,promoting the upgrading of the rural industrial structure,promoting rural economic transformation and increasing farmers 'income.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the level of development of agricultural productive service industry in China and to explore the influence intensity of agricultural productive service industry on farmers 'income and the differences between the four major economic regions.In view of this,this paper selected the more mature rural financial services,agricultural information services,agricultural product circulation services,agricultural machinery operation services,analyzing the influence of agricultural productive services industry on farmers 'income.First of all,using input and output tables to analyze the overall level,internal structure and regional differences in the development of China's agricultural productive services industry,and to compare them with OECD countries to explore the differences of agricultural productive services industry between China and foreign countries.At the same time,the paper analyzes the present situation of farmers 'income level in China,then discuss the connection between the agricultural production service industry and the farmer's income in China.Secondly,Discussion on the influence agricultural productive service industry on Farmers 'Income from the Theoretical Level.Finally,the panel data model of the national level and the four major economic regions is constructed toempirically analyze the impact of agricultural productive services industry on farmers' income and the regional differences.Using data about agricultural productive service industry and the income of farmers from 30 provinces(excluding Tibet)in China from 2001 to 2016 to construct panel data model using Stata,the conclusion is drawn from the national level,agricultural information service,rural financial service,agricultural machinery operation service and agricultural product circulation service have certain positive effect on farmers 'income,and the four services have decreased in order.From the view of the four major economic regions,agricultural product circulation services and agricultural information services in the eastern region can promote farmers 'income,and the role of rural financial services and agricultural machinery operations services on farmers' income has not been reflected;Agricultural product circulation service and agricultural information service in the central region can help farmers to increase their income.Agricultural machinery operation service has a weak inhibition on farmers 'income,and the role of rural financial services has not been demonstrated.The four services in the western region and the northeast region have positive effects on farmers 'income.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions:(1)For the whole country,the government actively acts to speed up the process of agricultural productive service industry;Fill the two major shortcomings of wholesale and retail trade,science and technology and technology service industry;Innovation of agricultural information service model,forming long-term mechanism of agricultural information service;Strengthen infrastructure construction to facilitate the development of agricultural machinery operation services;We will standardize the level of rural financial development and guide rural financial institutions,especially rural credit cooperatives,to support agriculture and farmers.(2)For the eastern region,taking economic development as an important priority and promoting the urbanization process;Relying on the advantages of the coast,learn from abroad the advanced agricultural production service industry development model,and walk out a road of development of agricultural production service industry with Chinese characteristics;Construct the perfect East,middle and West agricultural products circulation servicenetwork,promote the overseas tour of agricultural products;Increasing the diversity of rural financial services to meet the financial needs of farmers and agriculture;Using the information platform to advocate the advantages of agricultural machinery operation and improve farmers 'traditional ideas.(4)For the western region,make full use of abundant natural resources and turn resource advantages into economic advantages;Establishing and improving the communication system of the transportation network,facilitating the "introduction" and "going out";We will strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics infrastructure networks and improve the direct supply and direct marketing system for fresh agricultural products;We will increase support for universities and rural labor force training,foster a rural financial service system,and strengthen rural information infrastructure.(5)For the Northeast region,through policy guidance and incentives,rural financial institutions will be given more initiative and enthusiasm in implementing policies to support agriculture,and a rural financial service system adapted to rural development will be established;Promote cooperation between agricultural research institutes,colleges and universities,and e-commerce enterprises to create a favorable environment for agricultural information construction;Actively establish the agricultural technology extension mechanism to meet the needs of farmers,and promote the participatory promotion of farmers.Scientific planning of the protection of black land,promote the application of agricultural machinery operation services,form the scale of agricultural production gains.
