Research On The Evolutionary Game Of Knowledge Sharing Between Supply Chain Enterprises Based On Technological Innovation

With the continuous development of science and technology and the prevalence of knowledge economy,technological innovation and knowledge have become the backbone of the long-term development of enterprises.Technological innovation continues to promote enterprises to optimize products and services,occupy more market share,and become an important weapon for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.Facing the complex and ever-changing market environment,knowledge has become more and more important to the development of enterprises.Pure independent learning has been unable to meet the rapid development of enterprises,and knowledge sharing has emerged.There are two ways for supply chain enterprises to carry out technological innovation: first,invest a lot of money to learn independently and develop new technologies;second,gaining new knowledge and technological innovation through knowledge sharing with other companies in the supply chain.Supply chain knowledge sharing is influenced by many factors,aiming at promoting enterprise technology innovation,and analyzing the factors affecting knowledge sharing,identifying key factors affecting knowledge sharing in the supply chain and conducting further research to better promote knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises.At present,scholars' research on supply chain knowledge sharing mainly studies from a static perspective,from shared subjects,shared objects,shared situations,and shared platforms.Supply chain knowledge sharing is a complex and dynamic system,so static research is not well suited to reality.This paper studies the knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises from a dynamic perspective.Firstly,it analyzes the influencing factors affecting supply chain knowledge sharing by using ISM and MICMAC analysis methods,and classifies and analyzes the relationship between factors.Taking the selected key influencing factors as variables,constructing the evolutionary game model,analyzing the gains of different strategies of the two companies in the game,and establishing the dynamic equation of the replicators who choose the knowledge sharing between the two sides of the game,and analyzing the final stability strategy and the relationship between the influencing factors.Through the analysis of ISM and evolutionary game stability strategy,innovation consciousness,absorptive capacity,synergy effect,sharing cost,sharing risk and incentive mechanism are the key influencing factors affecting supply chain knowledge sharing.Combining the dynamic equation of replicator to analyze various factors,and put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures for knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises..Suggestions and countermeasures for knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises.
