| With the development of knowledge economy,knowledge resource management has been paid more and more attention by scholars and enterprise managers,and has gradually become an important part of enterprise management.Knowledge sharing is an important way for enterprises to acquire knowledge resources.Knowledge sharing among enterprises can reduce production costs,improve production efficiency,and promote the development of technologies and products.There are many participants in the process of PPP project implementation,and the construction of the project is complex,which puts forward higher requirements on the participants’ construction technology and management ability.The knowledge required in the construction process of a PPP project involves many fields and generates a large amount of knowledge resources in its project management.In order to improve the management ability and innovation ability of enterprises,how to choose a sharing strategy to promote the sharing and transformation of these knowledge resources among organizations has become a new challenge in the practice of PPP project management.First of all,this paper sorts out the concept and connotation of engineering supply chain,puts forward the theory of PPP project supply chain according to the characteristics of PPP project,and establishes the knowledge sharing model of PPP project supply chain.Secondly,the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in the supply chain of PPP projects are identified through literature analysis and expert interviews.The key influencing factors were identified using a questionnaire method.Thirdly,the influence mechanism of key factors on enterprise knowledge sharing behavior is studied from the perspective of dynamic evolution through evolutionary game model.Fourth,according to the cooperative relationship among the participants during the implementation of PPP projects,centralized and decentralized PPP project supply chain knowledge sharing strategies are proposed.The optimal choice of firm knowledge sharing strategy is studied through a differential game model.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The influencing factors of knowledge sharing in the supply chain of PPP projects were identified.The results show that knowledge expression ability,knowledge transformation ability,inter-enterprise trust,knowledge stock,knowledge sharing cost,knowledge sharing benefit,knowledge leakage risk and knowledge sharing incentive mechanism are the key influencing factors of knowledge sharing in PPP project supply chain.The research on the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in the supply chain of PPP projects is the key to understanding the connotation of knowledge sharing,and also lays a theoretical foundation for the choice of knowledge sharing strategies.(2)The influence mechanism of key factors on the knowledge sharing behavior of PPP project supply chain enterprises is studied.The results show that the incentive coefficient of the government or third-party institutions and the knowledge transformation ability of enterprises have a positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior.The risk of knowledge leakage and the cost of knowledge sharing have the most significant negative effects on the knowledge sharing behavior of enterprises.In different game situations,the main influencing factors of knowledge sharing behavior of enterprises in the supply chain of PPP projects are different.In order to effectively promote enterprises to participate in knowledge sharing behavior and improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing,the stages of knowledge sharing in the supply chain of PPP projects should be clearly identified.This is necessary to take steps to promote the evolution of knowledge-sharing behaviors.In addition,this study also found that there is a threshold for the distribution coefficient of synergistic value-added benefits.When the threshold is reached,the enterprise will rapidly evolve to a shared strategy.(3)The optimal decision-making problem of knowledge sharing strategy in PPP project supply chain is studied.The results show that there are significant differences in the level of knowledge sharing when choosing different sharing strategies.This is related to the benefits,costs and the degree of communication between knowledge receivers and sharers,but the effect of different strategies on the knowledge stock is not a continuous increase.Under different strategies,the evolution trend of the knowledge stock of PPP project supply chain is to increase first and then stabilize with time,which indicates that the knowledge amount of PPP project supply chain can be controlled and adjusted.The cost-sharing mechanism can realize the Pareto improvement of enterprises’ shared income and knowledge stock in the PPP project supply chain,but the cost-sharing mechanism can only improve the sharing effort of the subordinate enterprise B,and has no incentive effect on the leading enterprise A.In addition,in the case of centralized decision-making,the knowledge sharing benefits of the PPP project supply chain,the effort level of the enterprise and the knowledge stock are all optimal.The results of sensitivity analysis show that knowledge sharing benefit distribution ratio and effort cost coefficient have a significant impact on the knowledge stock of PPP project supply chain. |
