Research On Evolutionary Game Of Knowledge Sharing Between Enterprises In Supply Chain Network

Accompany with the arriving of knowledge economy times, enterprises interact with each other more and more severely. The competition between supply chains has being replaced by competition between enterprises. Knowledge as the key resource of sustainable competitive advantage and high profitability in supply chain has received more and more attention. What’s more, as a special enterprises union, the performance of supply chain is fundamentally associated with the level of knowledge. Knowledge has become an important indicator from strategic aspect. Combining knowledge management and supply chain management has a good effect on digging, allocating, and making use of knowledge. It can also coordinate enterprises in the same supply chain and improve the overall performance. As the essential part of knowledge management in supply chain, knowledge sharing is the key to facilitate competitive advantage of the whole supply chain. However, knowledge sharing is not blooming among supply chain due to various factors. Therefore, it is necessary to research on knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain.This paper studies knowledge sharing among organizations in supply chain network. The main work of this article is summarized as follows:(1) The recent researches on domestic and international knowledge, knowledge sharing in supply chain, and game in knowledge sharing are briefly reviewed. Based on this review the main research purpose of this article as well as its research target, content, method and idea has been made clear of.(2) On summarizing the determinants of knowledge sharing, and taking characterizes of supply chain network into accounts, the determinants of knowledge sharing in supply chain network have been defined. All these determinants are divided into four dimensions, as sender and receiver, knowledge, environment, and method.(3) Through research on determinants and the process of knowledge sharing, a mode of knowledge sharing in supply chain is proposed.(4) Variables of both income and outcome are defined based on the above knowledge sharing mode. An evolutionary game mode is built after analyzing the income and outcome of knowledge sharing. The evolutionary game is specified into two parts. One is for enterprises located in the same layer and the other is for supplier-manufacturer relationship.(5) The evolutionary process of knowledge sharing and the influence of variables to game equilibrium are analyzed, evaluated. Some advice on promoting is given.
