Evolutionary Game Analysis On Patent Conflicts Of Supply Chain Cooperation Enterprises Based On Knowledge Sharing

In the era of knowledge economy,it is unrealistic for enterprises to stand on the unpredictable market only by their own resources.The competition between enterprises and even countries has long focused on the patents that symbolize the core competitiveness.Through technological innovation cooperation activities with upstream and downstream enterprises,enterprises can obtain heterogeneous knowledge,achieve breakthroughs in patents and realize innovation benefits that can’t be obtained by a single enterprise.However,due to the complexity of the competition and cooperation relationship between supply chain cooperative enterprises and environmental characteristics,enterprises are prone to conflict in the process of cooperation on knowledge input,knowledge leakage,illegal transfer,licensing,patent ownership,benefit distribution and other aspects,which limits the cooperation activities among enterprises.Thus,it is of practical significance to explore the patent conflict of supply chain cooperative enterprises.Firstly,this paper combs the research status of alliance knowledge sharing,alliance intellectual property conflict and supply chain cooperative enterprise patent conflict,summarizes the influencing factors of existing alliance intellectual property conflict,and is divided into four types of topics: knowledge,emotion,interest and environment.Then,from the perspective of knowledge sharing,combined with the background of supply chain cooperation,this paper extracts seven important factors affecting patent conflict,which are knowledge difference,knowledge absorption capacity,knowledge investment,trust in emotional factors,income distribution proportion in interest factors,liquidated damages,and introduces the cost of cooperative behavior norms to comprehensively reflect the cooperative environment.By establishing the evolutionary game model of patent conflict in supply chain cooperative enterprises,this paper discusses the evolutionary stability strategies of both sides in four cases,draws the evolutionary phase diagram,and shows the evolutionary path of enterprise selection strategy.After analysis,it is found that only in case I,the two sides have the possibility to evolve in the direction of(coordinative conflict,coordinative conflict).The relationship between each factor and the probability of choosing optimal strategy is obtained by using partial derivation.Finally,combined with a real case,a numerical simulation is established with MATLAB software to simulate the influence path of various parameters on enterprise selection strategy,which verifies the above conclusions.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the additional benefits of cooperation,knowledge differences,knowledge absorption capacity and liquidated damages are helpful to promote the two sides to coordinate patent conflicts and continue cooperation;The cost of standardizing cooperation behavior is not conducive to the mitigation of patent conflict;There are qualified knowledge input and the distribution proportion of double cooperation income.maximize the willingness of both parties to coordinate patent conflicts;Although the monotonous relationship between trust and enterprise choice of coordinating patent conflict is unknown,the simulation results show that when trust is 0,the system will evolve to(0,0).With the increase of mutual trust,the system begins to transform to(1,1).Only with the increase of trust,the marginal effect of trust decreases rapidly,and the speed of evolution to(0,0)does not increase significantly,but almost stagnates.Therefore,this is similar to the U-shaped role of trust proposed by existing scholars,warning managers to do a good job in the supervision of the protection of relevant intellectual property rights even in a highly trusted environment.The innovation of this paper is to regard patent conflict as a dynamic process,study the influencing factors and influencing paths of enterprise patent conflict under the background of supply chain cooperation from the perspective of knowledge sharing,simulate the strategy selection and influencing factors of both enterprises over time by using MATLAB software,enrich the relevant research of alliance intellectual property conflict,and put forward corresponding suggestions for supply chain cooperative enterprises to alleviate patent conflict.
