The appropriate inventory level can ensure the normal operation of the daily operation of the enterprise,and also conducive to meet the normal demand of the market;Otherwise,it will bring some bad influence to the enterprise.Inventory is not the better,too much inventory will increase the storage management fees,but also increase labor costs and corresponding maintenance fees;However,too few inventory storage often results in downtime or missed opportunities.Therefore,the accurate understanding of inventory and control,can promote the relevant managers of inventory management personnel more comprehensive,meticulous,accurate control and management of inventory goods.BJG company is a private production denture of small and medium-sized enterprises.Since its establishment in 2009,the company has been poor management,high cost,weak profitability,especially in recent years has seen a loss.How to turn losses into profits as soon as possible is the most pressing issue of the company.This paper collects a large number of data of the company,conducts in-depth research on the status quo,and synthesizes the relevant theory of inventory management,and tries to give the idea of improvement.This paper adopts the research method of case writing,takes the company inventory management problem as the object,analyzes and classifies the inventory management problem,and gives the optimized scheme.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction and basic theory,mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research,and the ideas and methods used in the research process,and introduces some basic concepts and common sense of inventory management,so as to lay the foundation for subsequent in-depth analysis and anatomy.The second part is to find the problem,first introduce the overview and status of BJG company,followed by the introduction of inventory and inventory management,then the natural mining company in inventory management problems.The third part is the analysis of the problem,the second part of the problem of in-depth thinking and research,with the related theory of management and inventory management combined with the actual situation of the company,began to analyze the problems in the inventory management of BJG company.The fourth part is to solve the problem,on the basis of the above,has grasped the problem " what,why" in the inventory management of BJG company,it is the " how to do ".how to solve the actual problem,how to plug the discovery loophole,that is to propose effective improvement measures.Through the comparative analysis of the situation before and after the improvement of the company,it is found that the optimization effect is very obvious,it shows that the theoretical service in this paper is effective in the actual management of small and medium-sized enterprises.The fifth part is the review and prospect,the summary of this paper,express the author's views,and put forward suggestions and prospects for the future development of the company.
