The operational efficiency of the production logistics system has an enormously important influence on the operating efficiency of the refrigerator production workshop,the crucial part of the whole value chain.Therefore,starting from the practical problems of low production efficiency and high production cost of the enterprise production logistics system in case Z,the paper analyses the core issues such as the production mode and layout confusion of Z enterprise,the excess inventory of the products,and the low efficiency of the information system.In view of the above problems,the lean logistics thought,Internet of things technology,TOC theory and technology are used to integrate the enterprise resource,and balance the production cycle,which helps to realize the enterprise intelligent production and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Then,revolved around the core problems in the production logistics of enterprise Z,the paper has carried on the thorough research from the production layout,the production tact,the construction of logistics informationization and the system evaluation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the P-median model,the method of testing the optimization of shop layout is put forward to solve the confusion in the layout of the production line in enterprise Z's test shop.Combining the particularity of test equipment,I arrange 8 candidate locations for 2 equipments in the test room,from which two locations are selected so that the total distance from that to each production line is the shortest.Only then can the installation location of the device be chosen and the layout be optimized.Secondly,in view of the serious problem of the accumulation of products in the product line,the paper proposes to reduce WIP inventory by using the TOC constraint theory to balance the production cycle.First of all,the paper analyzes the production tact time of each process before optimization,and then transforms the problem into the minimum variance of beats time,and further achieve the equalization of production rhythm through breaking the production bottleneck process.Thirdly,in order to solve the problem of low efficiency of enterprise logistics system,the paper simplifies the warehousing process of materials and finished products by embedding IT technology,enhancing the monitoring of the production operations,and opening up the nodes of data transmission.Furthermore,the paper tests the feasibility of the application of Internet of Things technology from the perspective of infrastructure construction of the Internet of Things,and finally not only optimizes the production logistics process but realizes the information construction of the workshop.Fourthly,aimed at the effectiveness of the process optimization scheme,the paper sets out its approach to evaluate the optimized production logistics system through the correlation matrix method.According to the characteristics of the system,the performance evaluation to the production logistics system of both before and after the optimization is carried out,based on the correlation matrix method,to verify the validity of the system.In the end,from the perspective of the research content and shortcomings,the thesis makes a summary and points out the direction of the further research.
