Agriculture is the foundation of national economic and social sustainable development,agricultural production has been occupying a pivotal position in China,and the development of agriculture and the development of science and technology and education are closely related,therefore is more important to farmers groups to carry out scientific training in China is training for farmers to participate in science and technology,accelerate the transformation of agricultural science and technology application and improve the quality of farmers,the development of rural productivity plays a key role,so as to promote farmers' income and agricultural efficiency,promote agricultural modernization.Farmers as the main body to participate in science and technology training,farmers what kind of agricultural science and technology training will?What are the factors that affect farmers'willingness to participate in science and technology training?In this paper,farmers in Yongtai County to participate in scientific and technological training as a starting point,based on the investigation of Farmers Participation in science and technology training,combined with existing research,combined with the specific situation,reasons of farmers' personal characteristics and family farmers participating in the training,the main reasons for reference to further restrict the interpretation of peasants' participation in training.To explore how to improve the farmers' enthusiasm and enhance the training effect,in order to facilitate the government in formulating relevant policies can have the basic basis,provide ideas to better solve the problem of farmers in poverty alleviation and development.The basic situation in agricultural science and technology training for farmers in Yongtai County,the county of Yongtai,Qingliang County,Linglu and Danyun County 12 village 195 farmers questionnaire investigation,data show that farmers have significant differences in the different types of agricultural production training needs 71.93%of the farmers said.Grain crops and horticultural crops(including vegetables,fruits,tea)training needs most strongly;but farmers participate in the training of information access channel is single,mainly through the village cadres notice there is a big difference between the current situation;single and farmers on agricultural science and technology training needs and practical technical training mode content is limited,can not effectively to meet the needs of farmers;farmers hope the government can increase the service channel,to provide more targeted training in agricultural science and technology.To extract the relevant variables from many influence factors of farmers through correlation analysis in science and technology training will,gender,age,years of selection of farmer education,whether served as village cadres,family labor,family income,family farming area,farmers' income proportion,identity etc.to participate in the training times of National Science and technology the training system research data according to the actual characteristics of farmers willingness,and further use two yuan logistic template an empirical analysis for Factors Restricting Farmers' willingness to participate in science and technology training,the empirical results show that:the reasons of restricting the farmers to participate in science and technology training will mainly by family management of cultivated land area,the actual training experience and teaching content.According to the above research,this paper proposes to further increase the scientific and technological training education,improve the rate of training;strengthen the service consciousness,reasonable,practical and effective evaluation system;accelerating the transfer of rural land,improve rural land scale production;improve teachers "quality,improve the training plan according to the change of market demand,carry out a more diverse training mode;to increase financial support for agriculture,the comprehensive construction of training supply market related advice.
