Research On Farmers' Training Willingness And Influencing Factors In Yuancheng District Of Heyuan City

These days,the government of Yuancheng District of Heyuan City do a lot work to promote farmers' training and achieve certain results.But there are still some problems.In the training process,farmers' training willingness has a great impact on the training effect.Therefore,farmers' willingness to train and influencing factors in Yuancheng District of Heyuan City are the main issues discussed in this paper.The research conclusion plays a developmental role in farmers' training and meet the needs in the labor market of Yuancheng District,which Provides data reference and policy support for local authorities.Based on the adult training theory and human resource investment theory,the research results and current situation of farmers' training willingness are summarized at home and abroad.Using questionnaires and binary logistic analysis,it finds that the three factors of age,training experience and imcome have a significant impact on farmers' willingness to participate in training.First,the age distribution has a significant negative correlation with farmers' willingness to participate in training.Secondly,training experience has a significant negative correlation with farmers' willingness to participate in training.thirdly,There is a significant positive correlation between increasing income and farmers' willingness to participate in trainingSome useful proposals were put forward in view of the results of the investigation.The suggetions are as follows:1.The government should Rationalize training activities and improve the quality of training.2.The government should strengthen macro guidance and increase the investment of all parties.We will increase financial input and strengthen oversight over capital expenditure,strengthen propaganda efforts to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers and follow-up support policy due to local conditions.3.According to the market demand,changing the training model is to establish flexible order type and directivity training and develop local specialty vocational ability.4.The authorities should improve other service systems that match training.
