The peasant-workers andtheir work on the stability of the pursuit of a better life, but also inspired its acceptanceof the training. Thus, for nearly a decade of practice and discuss the training ofpeasant-workers have received wide attention. However, the rapid advance in thedevelopment and training of peasant-workers did not achieve the desired objective, anumber of questions about the training of peasant-workers has become increasinglyprominent. Contrary to expectations, in reality the need for training of peasant-workersis not strong as predicted by the theory. Although the government and the employers ofpeasant-workers have conducted many training projects and projects, butpeasant-workers did not behave like that, such as the willingness to actively participatein the training, so that from the training form than content, training at this stage can’tget over the good results, then did not meet the original goal. Coupled with thegeneration of conversion in the context of inter-population, the peasant-workersinevitably enter the important period of transition intergenerational group. The newgeneration peasant-workers have some new and unique features, which makes in-depthanalysis of training the new generation peasant-workers’ group wishes urgentbreakthrough, with a view to further improve the supply of training supply mechanismand the main content has important reference value.Thus, this study take the new generation peasant-workers in Chongqing as theresearch object, through the new generation peasant-workers involved in training andsummarize the characteristics influencing factors of training will, pointed out that thetraining will be supplied to the main training needs of the new generationpeasant-workers into real action lies the key. Based on the real macro background inChina, combined with the existing literature presents the views put forward the key issues to be solved in this article; then combined with human capital theory and thehierarchy of needs, according to the survey data, Chongqing training of peasant-workerswill, by means of econometric models, identify the impact of the new generationpeasant-workers factors involved in the training.In the first chapter, we introduce the questions to be studied in this article. Thesecond chapter, review and summarize the relevant theory based on previous research.The third chapter, a brief introduction questionnaire design and data collection process,analysis of the new generation peasant-workers in Chongqing characteristics andcircumstances involved in basic training.
