The Research On Energy Efficiency Evaluation System Of Chinese Paper-making Enterprises In The Perspective Of Circular Economy

The topic of how to improve the energy efficiency is become the world's concern with the growing contradiction between the shortage of energy and environmental pollution in the world,developing circular economy and energy conservation and emission reduction work are necessary measures to solve this problem,China is also promoting circular economy work and constructing ecological civilization,advocating clean,green and low carbon production,and China is committed to seeking sustainable development path to relieve the contradictions of energy and environment.For Chinese paper industry,its characteristics are intense technology,process tedious,process complex,large energy consumption,serious pollution which have been the key monitoring industry when circular economy and energy conservation and emissions reduction work implementing.Our country is a power in the production and consumption of paper products,but with the increasing market demands,our country has produced a large number of small and medium-sized paper-making enterprises that leading to demand much greater energy.At the same time,Chinese traditional paper-making enterprises need to transform and upgrade in the new normal,and energy efficiency is the outstanding problems to be solved in transformation and upgrading.So to improve the level of energy efficiency of Chinese paper-making enterprises and reduce environmental pollution and make Chinese paper-making enterprises can truly transform resource saving and environment friendly enterprises,the paper researches energy efficiency evaluation system of Chinese paper-making enterprises in the perspective of circular economy,it has very important practical significance for society,government and enterprises themselves.Firstly,based on reading and analyzing a large amount of relevant literature both at home and abroad,the paper studies the energy utilizing present situation of Chinese paper-making enterprises,as well as the influencing factors of energyefficiency in the view of circular economy.Secondly,building a set of energy efficiency evaluation system of Chinese paper-making enterprises in the perspective of circular economy that including five influence factors of energy efficiency indicators which are including paper-making enterprise scale,the capacity of produced energy,the level of technology and equipment,energy consumption structure,the level of energy management indicators,and three related indicators of circular economy which are including the energy circular economy efficiency,energy environmental efficiency,energy recycling efficiency,connecting Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to determine the final weight value of indicators,building a set of energy efficiency evaluation system of Chinese paper-making enterprises in the perspective of circular economy with gray correlation evaluation model.Finally,selecting six typical representative of sample enterprises according to the characteristics of Chinese paper-making enterprises' distribution which three enterprises are from the eastern region,two enterprises are from the central region,one enterprise are from the western region for the empirical research,it is concluded that the overall level of energy efficiency of Chinese paper-making enterprise is not high,and it remains to be further improved energy utilization for Chinese paper-making enterprises.Based on these results,putting forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote energy efficiency level for Chinese paper-making enterprises from four aspects which are the circular economy construction,energy consumption structure,paper-making enterprise scale,technological advances to provide energy utilization reference for paper-making enterprises and other industries.
