With rapid development of economy and severe scarcity of enterprise core personnel,once the case of occupation vacancy occurs,the enterprises often need to recruit personnel immediately or promote personnel at top speed from the internal.The success of his management directly decides upon whether an administrator can select an appropriate personnel or not.It is indeed not an easy thing for an enterprise to recruit a proper personnel especially a core personnel.Setting D Company as an example to take comprehensive dissection,in my thesis,I systematically research the problems the means of core personnel recruitment so as to find the main contradiction and analyze it all round.Combining its enterprise strategy and its strategy of human resources,I will analyze the competent character of the core personnel in order to extract the indexbase of the company's target post and abstract the competency of management and sequence of research and development by means of literature search and specialist discussion.Among them,the universal competency is the ability to achieve,create,study and be honest and integrate;the competency of research and development the ability of thinking,teamwork,fortitude and activity;the competency of management sequence the ability of organization and coordination,team leadership,impact and strategic decision.In the process of practice,we should apply the competency model to the post analysis and the recruitment and selection so as to cope with the problems concerning the recruitment procedure and the recruitment means etc.Through the research of the Competency Model applied into the recruitment and pick-out of an enterprise,this thesis is aimed to build up a system of recruitment management for an enterprise in the future and provide it with a good start point.The application of this mode can offer D Company a scientific basis in the link of identifying and choosing personnel and comprehensively exert various sorts of test tools,which can make the recruitment of D Company up to a better stage.And meanwhile,based on the driving relationship between the Competency Model and the high performance,I hope my thesis may help the human resource department of this company evaluate the effect of the recruitment more specifically.I sincerely hope that the research result of my thesis may lay the practical foundation of applying the competency model into the module of training,performance and salary etc.for D Company and supply references for the administrators of medium-small size high-tech enterprises.
