Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is the talent competitionultimately. Human factor, as the most fundamental factor of enterprises, helpsenterprises to gain their long-term competitive advantages in the competition. Humanresources management is playing a more and more important role in the wholeenterprise management process. We can say that human resources are the most activeresource in organizations. How can the enterprises attract the talents who are suitablefor the enterprises? How to make the existing human resources to achieve the greatesteffectiveness, supporting for enterprises to achieve their strategic objectives? This is acompulsory issue which each managers and leaders must seriously consider. That’sthe reason why the highest corporate managers are more from human departments.Strategic Human Resource Management believes that human resources are animportant, indispensable part of the overall strategy, and that the human is the firstimportant resource. Only through building effective platforms for talents, thecreativity of employees can be mobilized in a great degree, thereby enhancing thecompetitiveness of enterprises.The recruitment,as a part of human resource management practices, plays anquite important role in more than ten parts of human resource management. Thequality of which could make a direct impact on corporate strategy implementation.The recruitment based on the theory of strategic human resource management isdifferent from the traditional recruitment. It is more strategic、more systematic andmore goal-oriented. Meanwhile the research on the recruitment of the strategic humanresource management in China is not mutual yet. Most of which learns from foreignresearch results. As a matter of fact, the research overseas just begins in the eighties.Therefore their results are mostly confined to a single elaborate theory,or interviews,but lack of a mutual recruitment methods and models.In recent years, multimedia industry develops fast,along with the networktechnology, the digital technology and communication technology. Multimediaindustry has become a multi-industry collection. It is even regarded as the core industry of knowledge-based economy in21centuries. Multimedia industry which isalmost comparable with the IT industry has become anther growth point of nationaleconomy. In current China, the multimedia industry develops so rapidly as to spawnmany creative industry companies which are of high-tech and cultural integration.With the increase of state support, many medium-sized and small multimediaenterprises begin to develop rapidly. At the same time, some multinational companiesare crowding into China. All of these make multimedia industry full of businessopportunities. And its industrial scale is very promising to become the first pillarindustry of the national economy. However, we are seriously lack of professionaldigital entertainment talent who know arts and computer technology. Meanwhile ourcomposition of trained personnel talent structure is unbalanced. Our education hasfallen behind of the industry. All of these restrict the development of the multimediaindustry. So the digital art talents have been incorporated into the national talentdevelopment program.This paper is the research of recruitment strategy of multimedia core technicalpersonnel in company A, based on the theory of strategic human resourcemanagement. Firstly I study the theory of recruitment management and the theory ofstrategic human resource management. Then based on survey of the situation ofhuman resource and organization in company A, I studied A company’s humanresources planning and management situation, especially for multimedia coretechnical personnel recruitment management, with putting theory into practice. At last,according to the SWOT analysis of company A, I raised the direction for multimatecore technical personnel recruitment.
