Research On Green Technology Innovation Mode Of Chinese Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises

At present,China's economic development has made unprecedented progress.At the meanwhile,China faces with a grim situation.The environmental carrying capacity almost reaches the limit,for which the Chinese government vigorously promotes the construction of ecological civilization.At the same time,the Chinese government advocates the green development,recycling,low-carbon development,and encourages the formation of green technology innovation mode in automobile manufacturing enterprises.The automobile industry occupies an important position in the structure of national economic and is one of the pillar industries.However,it consumes a lot of resources in the growth process and is accompanied by severe environmental pollution.Green technology innovation is regarded as a country's primary productivity and competitiveness,and is an important symbol of the construction of sustainable development countries.It is particularly urgent to accelerate the formation of green technology innovation mode of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,this paper analyzes the political,economic,social and technological environment of Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises,summarizes the current situation and defines the connotation and characteristics of the green technology innovation model of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and analyzes the current situation of green technology innovation mode in automobile manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,this dissertation takes the United States,Germany,Japan and South Korea as examples,and compares the green technology innovation mode of the advanced countries and their typical successful automobile manufacturers,summarizes and draws lessons from these countries for the experience of green technology innovation.Thirdly,based on the enterprise life cycle theory which proposed by Greiner(1972)and Chen Jiagui(1995),the green technology innovation modes are designed for the stage of automobile manufacturing enterprise,survival stage,high-speed development stage,mature stage and recession stage,and make suggestions for the selection and implementation of the green technology innovation mode of automobile manufacturing enterprises..In the end,this paper analyzes the green technology innovation environment and the current situation of China BYD and summarizes the existing problems in the process of green technology innovation mode,then chooses the green technology innovation model suitable for BYD and gives the implementation suggestion.This research is expected to provide theoretical guidance and scientific basis for the development of green technology innovation in China's automobile manufacturing enterprises,which can promote China's manufacturing industry as soon as possible to achieve green manufacturing.
