The Study About Trade Facilitations’ Effect On Port Logistics And International Trade In The Yangtze River Delta

China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone was established in 2013 which creat great opportunity for the development of China’s port logistics and international trade.However,before 2013,how did port groups,such as Yangtze river delta port group,develop the port logistics and international trade.In addition,what will China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone do in the future to advance port logistics and international trade.To solve these questions,the term of trade facilitation which is commonly used in the worldwide is introduced in this article to explain these development policies and analyze these policies’ effect.Firestly,This paper introduces major trade facilitation policies in port logistics and international trade which was implemented in China’s Special Economic Areas such as Bonded Zone,Bonded Logistics Zone,Bonded Port Zone(Comprehensive Bonded Zone)and China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone(hereinafter referred to as:Pilot Free Trade Zone).Secondly,It detailedly analyzes trade facilitation policies’ effect to port logistics and international trade in the Yangtze river delta,and its contribution to integrated development of Yangtze river delta port group.Thirdly,the article use vector autoregressive model(VAR)and panel data model to describe trade facilitation policies’ influence to port logistics and international trade in Yangtze river delta port group and other ports.Finally,combinating with international organization’trade facilitation,this article put forward trade facilitation policies that can promote port logistics and international trade in Yangtze river delta port groups and other ports in China.The research in this article can help to promote the level of port logistics in China in line with the international and improve international trade function.
