The Ideological Research On The Economics Of Law In Marxist Labor Value Theory

The labor value theory is a fundamental theoretical issue of political economy and also is a real problem in the development of socialist practice. Marx founded scientific labor value theory critically on the basis of Labor's labor theory of classical political economy, more than 100 years of history so far. Despite the times we live in now is very different from the historical era of Marx, we must see that the labor value theory still shines with the truth light along with heated debate among domestic and foreign scholars. The labor value theory of Marxist is open to the practice, and thus constantly enriched and developed in the practice. At present, in confront of the emergence of many new situations and new problems in socialist market economy, the further discussion of Marx's labor value theory have important theoretical and practical significance, which is not only the demand of development of theory, but also the requirements of socialist economic practice.This paper mainly study the labor value theory, mainly used the research methods of class analysis, historical analysis and theory with practical method. This paper analyzes the legal rights, property rights and human rights of Marxist labor value theory based on the analysis of the need for economic analysis method, then pointed out the practical features and significance of Marxist economics of law labor theory. The article was divided into four parts:In the first part, it comprises the basis the research of inside and outside scholar, the emphasis of composition and difficulty.In Part II, the paper pointed out that previous scholars mainly analyze theoretical economics of Marx's labor value theory and more often based on the technical perspective, thus lack of systematic and in-depth nature of contemporary reality targeted.In Part III, the paper mainly analyzed the legal rights, property rights and human rights of Marx's labor value theory, and thus showed the rich Law and Economics ideology of Marx's labor value theory carried.Lastly, the paper discussed and criticized the false points by applying the law and economics ideology of Marx's labor value theory to guide the construct of China's socialist market economy, and thus make use of the critical function and guidance function of the theory.
