A Survey On The Satisfaction Of NCMS Of Enshi

Establish new farming system,from the basic national conditions of China,a major step to solve the problem of farmers' medical care,to improve farmers' health level,relieve farmers because of sickness poor,Chinese due to illness,to plan development the city and countryside,realize the comprehensive construction well-off society goal plays an important role.But at the same time we also cannot ignore new farming and all kinds of problems in operation,especially the new farming and urban and rural medical insurance system integral negative issues.So the party central committee and the state council explicitly put forward integration of urban and rural residents basic medical insurance,establish a unified urban and rural residents medical insurance system.Then,once a mainstay of rural medical insurance system,the new farmers,in carrying out the situation how,in the process of farmers to new farming and satisfaction situation how,what factors influence farmers new farming and satisfaction?So taking enshi,enshi "as an example,to explore new farming in the region and the implementation of the state and the future development of medical treatment insurance.This article is divided into six parts.The first part of the introduction to this article first introduces research background and significance,then the new agricultural and rural medical security system at home and abroad literatures synthetically,then is introduced in this paper,we study the main contents and methods,finally explains the research train of thought and the innovation of this article.The second part introduces the related concepts involved in this paper and the theoretical basis,related concepts including basic medical insurance,the new farmers,satisfaction,theoretical basis including social security theory,public choice theory and utility theory.The third part introduces the enshi "new farming close development status and existing problems of present situation of the enshi" accounting number increasing year by year,rising financing standard,compensation scheme improve;Unreasonable problems mainlyinclude financing policy,submit an expense account settlement using low compensation package,flexible,propaganda way does not reach the designated position,not repeat ginseng phenomenon,etc.The fourth part is the core and focus of this paper,mainly including descriptive analysis and empirical analysis,through the questionnaires and summary,descriptive analysis results of the questionnaire,and then establish a binary Logistic regression model analysis the various factors that affect farmers' satisfaction to new farming and study conclusion.The fifth part,according to the third and fourth part of the research conclusion,put forward to perfect policy,strengthen supervision,to strengthen the construction of medical institutions,improve satisfaction of policies and measures such as extensive publicity.The sixth part is the summary of the full text part,including insufficient research conclusion,the research and the future.
