"Rest assured breakfast project" is W City Hall to improve the quality of breakfast for the residents to provide convenient,health,affordable and convenient breakfast food and launched a practical project for the private one.S assured breakfast Engineering Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the S Company)as the investment specifically engaged in breakfast works,the city government has been identified as"rest assured breakfast project," the only designated contractors.S Corporation to introduce the concept of cost management to expand the market share,reduce the cost of enterprises,increase the profitability of enterprises,improve the management level,and continuously meet the people's growing breakfast consumption demand.Based on the study of the relevant cost management theory,the actual situation of S Company's breakfast and food processing and distribution center is connected with the theory.In view of the project cost management related to the project expansion and renovation project of S Company,the relevant aspects and contents can be expressed numerically.If the digital cost is difficult to be expressed numerically,the actual management of the project will be described to study the project cost management.This paper describes some of the basic definitions involved in project cost management,And then the S company breakfast food processing and distribution center expansion project to introduce the project cost management theory to study the context,This paper focuses on the practical application of the project cost management theory based on quota analysis and the project cost management theory in the project of S company.Through the study on the expansion project of the breakfast food processing and distribution center of s Company,the conclusion of the project of cost management is concluded:project management must pay attention to the decomposition of WBS structure,and the detailed WBS structure decomposition is the key to success or failure of project follow-Pay attention to the role of estimating,budgeting and cost control.Introduce the application of Earned Value Theory in the cost control stage ahead of time.Discard the deviation,analyze the reasons,study the solution,implement the plan,produce the results.,The actual results and expected to find out the deviation of the cycle of control......early adjustment of the project;to establish the whole process of the audit supervision system will manage people,work,the combination of pipe,to strengthen supervision,continuous correction,and further Reduce business costs;to focus on data collection.From the beginning of the project on the project to collect all the materials,save the original credentials,chronological archive,which can leave valuable information for the project has been prepared for inspection,but also for future projects with the same type of cost management experience for reference.
