Research On Model Of Project Management For New Product Introduction In Monitoring System Product

In recent years,with the steady development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,as well as the construction of Safe City Security System,the monitoring system products have been widely used in house wholes,intelligent buildings,the fields of finance,post and tele-communications,public security,army and etc.Thus the industry has been growing rapidly and the competition is more serious.The introduction of monitoring products becomes the core competitiveness of those companies in the industry,in order to meet the demand for security products.They invest lot in man forces,finance and other resources.In this paper,with the introduction of the monitoring system and present situation of the management in the new product introduction theory and science are applied in the new products introduction project management.taking the HY500 models new products process of the EPS Co.,as example,to against the company currently faced by the organization structure,cost,schedule,quality,communication,etc.Combined with project management organizational structure,Stage-gate System(SGS),PACE,the task decomposition method and so on project management theory and tool to solve the problem.on basis of the project management theory and method for the principle,to create a Project Team(PT),Organization Project Management,Support Information System(OPMSIS),Responsibility Table,New Product Quality Standard Review Process and Potential Failure Modes And Effect Analysis(PFMEA)etc,a complete set of commissioning management and approval documents.After that,this paper takes the further optimization of the cost,quality and progress of the new product introduction of EPS.Finally,according to the EPS in the implementation of the system before and after the program and the comparison,confirmed the effectiveness of the project management model in the new product introduction.
