Study On The Project Management And Trial Production Management For New Product Introduction Of SA Company

Along with the vigorous development of the Chinese market, many multinational companies increase the investment scope in China and how to capture the market of China quickly becomes the multinational company closely discussing topic. Due to new product introduction has a lot of characteristics (less investment, mature technology, no R&D cycle time and listed quickly), so this new product introduction project not only the multinational companies expand investment in China which becomes the first choice of management project, but also it is the multinational companies very important means of enterprise strategy implementation and enterprise development promotion.CBN gringding wheel project of SA company new product introduction as the research object in this paper, based on the analysis of SA company new product project management and trail production management, alao combined with myself working experience presented in this project in SA company, given the research resule that how to combine new product introduction project management and trial production management. Based on project management and production management theory in this paper, analysed manufacturing characteristic of CBN grinding wheel product of SA company new product introduction, studied the main business activities in the introducing process about the project management and production operation flow for CBN grinding wheel product. Discussed the project plan establishment and controlling process method for new product introduction and etc; discussed the lean production management and total quality management and process control in CBN grinding wheel products production operation process. As application, this paper, applying the new product introduction project management and production management plan into SA company CBN grinding wheel project, detailed analyze the CBN products introduction process and the relevant conclusion involves project management, schedule management, production management, quality management and other aspects. Finally, this paper’s research results could provide reference and be used for SA company new product introduction project and other production management in the future.
