With the further development of capital market,the new generation employees more and more enter the workplace,becoming the main force for large securities firms.At work,the degree of incentive strength directly affect the staffs work enthusiasm,thus affecting the benefit of the enterprise.At present,the new generation employees' education level of the securities industry have improved,compared with their predecessors,its values and personality traits are very different from the latter.According to the survey released by China securities industry association in 2015,it exist the phenomenon of low loyalty and satisfaction.With the development of capital market,how to strengthen motivation of the new generation employees in the securities industry to improve their work enthusiasm,to strengthen the competitiveness of the securities company,have become the problem that needs to be solved.Therefore.this paper starts from the actual feeling of employees on incentive factors,focusing our research on the Chinese securities industry new generation employees,to explore incentives to find out the method which can help securities companies to motivate employees.First,the paper collates literature to define the concept of new generation employees of the securities industry,and reviews the research achievements of predecessors.Second,the paper integrate domestic and foreign relateing literature about the theory of employee's demand,then we conclude 21 incentive factors of new generation employees of the securities industry.Thirdly,we use factor analysis by the software SPSS 19.0 to get the data associated with work enthusiasm.At last,we use the dependent variable work enthusiasm to establish regression model.This paper finally gets the three factors:company management factor,the job factor and environment factor affect the staffs work enthusiasm.In actual experience on incentive factors,the highest level is the interpersonal relationship and the lowest one is equity incentive.Therefore,we should reason the securities firm from the three dimensions,to explore effective incentive policy and improve the efficiency of the staff's work enthusiasm and the profits of securities company.
