Along with economy globalization and knowledge-based economy's fast development, how to motivate employees effectively by making full use of limited resources becomes the most important problem for our country's business enterprise to survive and develop in the vehement market competition. For deepening to comprehend this problem, this article begins with analyzing the organizational situation factors which are apperceived by employees. It categorizes the numerous and complicated factors into 6 dimensions: the salary and welfare, leader's support, promotion and training, team style, mission characteristic, evaluation and feedback. This article also studies the structure of employees' motivation for work, and points out there are 5 dimensions of employees' motivation: self-decision, pleasure of work, self-competence, extrinsic guerdon and evaluation from others. With the analyzing method of Bivariate Correlation, this article studies the relationship between situational factors and employees' motivation, and ascertains that different dimensions of situational factors influence employees' motivation in different ways. Meantime, this article also analyzes the relationship between employees' motivation and employees' motivating level, and ascertains that different dimensions of motivation influence employees' behavior differently. At last, integrating the results above, this article uses employee's motivation as media factors, put forward the function mechanism between situational factors and employees' motivating level.
