Study On Performance Evaluation Of Shantytown Reconstruction In Shuozhou City

The existence of shantytowns greatly reduces the quality of life of residents,a serious violation of China's "people-oriented" scientific concept of development.Therefore,since 2006,China began to focus on promoting shantytowns transformation of a livelihood project.Shuozhou City is a new type of coal-based energy and heavy chemical industry base,is an important industrial city of Shanxi Province,in the development of the formation of a large number of shantytowns.Driven by the national policy,Shuozhou city government in 2008 opened a shantytown renovation work curtain.With the continuous progress of the transformation process,a large number of shantytown residents living problems are resolved.Through these eight years of efforts,Shuozhou shantytowns transformation work has been a breakthrough,its performance level is also rising,but there are still deficiencies in the transformation work.Based on the collection and collation of a large number of data in the early stage,this paper first introduces the basic situation before the transformation of shantytowns in Shuozhou City,and combs the relevant policies of shantytowns in Shuozhou City.The paper expounds the concrete practices of shantytowns in Shuozhou City and the analysis of the construction,completion and investment of the shantytowns in Shuozhou City from 2008 to 2015.Then,a comprehensive performance evaluation of shantytowns in Shuozhou City is carried out from two aspects: first,from the system security,the four qualitative indexes in the system guarantee are quantified by the comprehensive scoring method,and the entropy method is used to standardize the index data,and the individual indexes are calculated.And then use the questionnaire survey to evaluate the performance of the shantytowns in Shuozhou City based on the satisfaction of the shantytowns.The results show that the survey results are based on the survey.The results show that Shuozhou shantytowns in the transformation of the work continue to advance,and achieved some success.2008-2015 comprehensive score showed an overall upward trend,shantytown residents on the overall work of the basic satisfaction.However,there are still institutional security is not perfect,the lack of funds,but the quality of the project,the property management chaos and other issues.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of Shuozhou City,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to formulate reasonable policies,strengthen supervision,increase capital investment,and encourage people to participate,strengthen themanagement of residents after arrival,and promote the transformation of shantytowns in Shuozhou City.The future work of the shantytowns of the city and the performance evaluation provide some reasonable reference.
