Performance Evaluation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In 8 Counties And Districts Of Zhangjiakou Based On Entropy Method

The issue of poverty has been attached great importance to all over the world.China has carried out poverty alleviation work from the 1980 s,from decentralized relief to poverty alleviation in 1987,to comprehensive poverty alleviation and development,and finally to the present,carried out precision poverty alleviation,it can be said that the work of poverty alleviation in China has gone through many ups and downs.After decades of efforts,the number of people living in poverty has been greatly reduced and they have made great contributions to the world.By the end of 2020,the task of eradicating poverty is drawing to a close,but that does not mean the end of the work of poverty alleviation,with the development of social economy,people’s pursuit of a better life has been strengthened,and the target of poverty alleviation has been changed from absolute poverty to relative poverty.The long-standing problem of poverty in Zhangjiakou has seriously restricted Zhangjiakou’s economic and social development.Although some progress has been made in the fight against poverty,how to enhance the endogenous impetus for self-development next,how to stabilize the effect of poverty eradication is still worth discussing.Aiming at the present situation of poverty in Zhangjiakou,this paper takes eight poverty-stricken regions in Zhangjiakou as the research object,and evaluates the performance of precision poverty alleviation in eight regions of Zhangjiakou by using entropy method,combined with the field research and poverty situation analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:Secondly,according to the principles of comprehensiveness,truthfulness,scientificity and accessibility,the performance evaluation index system of Zhangjiakou’s precise poverty alleviation is constructed,this paper selects the data of eight poverty areas in Zhangjiakou and uses the entropy method to evaluate their performance,and makes a horizontal comparative analysis of the Eight areas,based on the results of the comparative analysis,and combining the poverty situation,it is found that there is a great difference in the performance of precision poverty reduction among the eight regions in Zhangjiakou.The main problems are that the comprehensive quality of the poor needs to be improved,the development of agricultural industrialization is insufficient,and the rural medical and health services need to be strengthened.Finally,based on the results of the previous research and analysis,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures for the performance of Zhangjiakou’s precision poverty alleviation.First,we should enhance the efficiency of the use of funds for povertyalleviation,and second,we should increase the input of human capital so as to enhance the self-development ability of the poor,the third is to raise the level of agricultural industrialization and promote the development of modern agriculture,the fourth is to strengthen health education and enhance the capacity of rural public medical services,and the fifth is to establish and improve the work mechanism of precision poverty alleviation after 2020.
