China's economy has entered the way,adjust the structure of the stage,to promote the transformation and upgrading,to accelerate the supply side of the reform-oriented,rapid economic growth has become a new normal.In the economic development,technology to upgrade,employees to increase such a multi-demand pattern,the role of human capital is essential,in the face of enterprise development and personal income levels to improve the real needs of the current staff by what are the length of education and the status of in-service training? This question is worth thinking about.There is a big difference in the income of employees,even in the same conditions of the initial conditions,after a period of development,the staff's income level also showed differences,and some even great differences,what is the cause of this phenomenon Appear.The research shows that the two core means of human capital formation are the combination of school education and enterprise on-the-job training,which is an important way and path of human capital investment.Education is conducive to the equalization of income distribution as well as training of accumulated knowledge and skills are easier to improve labor productivity,the impact of income level is more direct.This paper studies the basic human capital investment path of school education and enterprise on-the-job training as the starting point,and then uses the theories of human capital theory,educational economics and labor economics as the research tools.From the perspective of empirical research,The basic view of the theory,combined with the theory of educational economics and labor economics,with a largeenterprise as the research object,using the questionnaire survey and interview method,the sample enterprise human capital investment mode of in-service training empirical research,in-depth discussion of enterprises The impact of employees' education years on their income level and the promotion of professional development space,as well as the impact of on-the-job training on the income level of employees and the promotion of job promotion channel.Explore the impact of national education investment level on human capital stock,the role of training in the accumulation of human capital,and put forward targeted policy recommendations.This article through empirical research found that:(1)the number of years of education,enterprise on-the-job training,parental education age,age and staff income level is positively related,that is,the higher the degree of education,business training,parents,(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the years of schooling,the on-the-job training,the duration of parental education,and the age of the parents,indicating that the higher the number of years of education,The number of training,parents long years of education,the older,the more able to enhance the staff in the company's job promotion and career development.On the basis of the empirical research,this paper puts forward specific policy suggestions on the improvement of the income level of the employees: it is imperative to improve the education penetration rate of the state,from the increase of the new laborers' education years;the enterprises need to increase the staff on-the-job training Of the capital investment and training system,workers strive to improve the number of years of education,and actively participate in enterprise on-the-job training,so as to enhance the full internal human capital stock for enterprises to improve quality and supply quality human resources.
