In twenty-first Century,the human resource is the key resource of enterprise,the enterprise wants to develop must have enough talent.The cultivation of talents and cannot rely on recruitment,also need to rely on training.Therefore,enterprises on the staff training mechanism of line of success or failure,is an important factor in promoting the development of enterprises.The ultimate goal of enterprise implement effective front-line staff training mechanism is to improve enterprise efficiency,improve the staffs working enthusiasm and creativity,so as to realize the strategic target of the enterprise long-term development.In our country,the meat processing enterprises is growing.Meat processing enterprises to develop,want to remain invincible,we must pay attention to the introduction of talent,strengthen the management of human resources,pay attention to the training of frontline staff,and strive to build a superb staff.SH enterprise wants to be in an invincible position in the complex market competition environment,and we must start from the enterprise internal,construction becomes proficient staff,establish effective front-line staff training mechanism,fully improve the ability and potential of the front-line staff.In this paper,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview staff,through the investigation and Study on the training of frontline employees of SH enterprises,reveals the existing mechanism of front-line staff training SH enterprises,such as enterprise training institutions is not perfect,establish the training files is not perfect,the training needs survey is unknown,making training plans not comprehensive implementation is not careful,the training of evaluation of feedback do not attach importance to,and the use of staff training needs analysis and training evaluation theory,proposed the establishment of mechanism for the training of frontline staff of SH enterprise overall planning,perfect the training mechanism,employee of a gleam of enterprises at the same time carry out a front-line staff training needs analysis work,improve training methods and strengthen the use of frontline staff assess the effect of training,in order to push the SH enterprise employee training,so as to promote the rapid development of SH enterprise.
