Research On The Influences Of The Shanghai-kunming High-speed Rail On The Centrality Of Cities In Jiangxi Along The Rail Based On The Network Analysis

The development of cities are closely related to transportation network,as a kind of revolutionary transportation,the high-speed rail not only shortens the time to travel between the cities,strengthens ties between them,but also impulses the evolution of the traffic network structure of the cities along the high-speed rail.It's beneficial to optimize network layout and promote the development of the city by knowing the status of cities in the network,and analyzing the relationship between the high-speed network and the urban centrality.This paper mainly studies 11 cities in Jiangxi province along the Shanghai-kunming high-speed rail.First of all,by calculating different degrees of closeness centrality of the cities with ordinary railway network and high-speed rail network based on the shortest transport time,this paper analyzes the effects of the Shanghai-kunming high-speed rail on the closeness centrality of cities in Jiangxi province along this rail;Secondly,this paper calculates the betweenness centrality in situations of cities with high-speed rail and cities without high-speed rail using the network analysis tools,and analyzes influences Shanghai-kunming high-speed rail on the betweenness centrality of cities in Jiangxi province along this rail.The results show that:(1)Compared with the closeness centrality of Shanghai-kunming high-speed rail network and ordinary railway networks,the closeness centrality of these 11 cities city has improved a lot,and the contacts from city to city have been strengthened;however,the gap of the closeness centrality is still widening: Nanchang,Yingtan,and Fuzhou are located in the central regions of the traffic network.They own better closeness centrality and location advantages.The variation of the closeness centrality of Nanchang;Fuzhou is larger,were 226% and 180%.The geographical locations of them are not that good in the past.With the operaiton of Shanghai-kunming high-speed rail,the convenience of the transportation in Nanchang,Fuzhou has been enhanced.(2)The gap of the betweenness centrality in cities with high-speed rail and ones without high-speed rail are not obvious,but differ significantly between cities that are in the same network.Nanchang is the absolute first transport hub in Jiangxi,and Yingtan,Yiyang come to the secondary place.From the perspective of the changing rate of the betweenness centrality,the changing rates of Yushan and Yiyang are higher,were 0.5% and 0.35%;and the lower ones are Nanchang and Xinyu,the change rate was below 0.04%.The traffic networks of Nanchang and Yingtan are intensive;and their changing rates of betweenness centrality are lower compared with Yiyang and Yushan whose traffic networks are sparse.From the point of view of spatial distribution,the changing rates of betweenness centrality of the eastern cities along Shanghai-kunming high-speed rail western parts are greater than western ones.(3)The correlation of closeness centrality and betweenness centrality is relatively low in the Shanghai-kunming high-speed rail network,and it reflects two key indexes showing different features of cities in traffic network.Closeness centrality shows the convenience from one city to the other,and the city with good closeness centrality owns more location advantage.Betweenness centrality shows the transfer capability of a city traffic network,and high betweenness centrality shows that this city is an important transport hub.Nanchang and Yingtan own obvious advantages in these two kinds of centricity index.
