After a series of reform,Electric Power Enterprise faced new changes and challenges.Propose of new concept and application of new technology push Electric Power Enterprise make more innovation,and also impact the traditional management model for the Electric Power Enterprise.In prefectural-level electric enterprise,innovation of human resource management was relatively lagged.The problems about staffing,compensation,employee training,career development and so on,which not only restricted the development of Electric Enterprise,but also becoming the hidden trouble for the safe stable operation of power grid.Due to the historical and institutional,some problems about human resource management on electric enterprise still didn't find the root solution.Base on the basic national's conditions of our country,this paper choose prefectural-level electric enterprise as research object.Research a large number of literatures of human resources management on domestic and abroad.Combined with investigation and visit more than a dozen of related companies.Base on human assumption and motivation theory of human resource management.Propose some adjustment and improvement measures,and look forward to deal with problems about human resource management of electric enterprise.Presents on this paper follow as below: Human resources management should meet the requirement of new development;for compensation,improve two allocation schemes and build job level adjustment;Apply more channel of career development and create more opportunities for employee.According to return-visit about the implementation of design proposal,understand the final implementation result and employee aspirations on electric enterprise.Then hope to provide some reference on human resource management which is a persistent and systematic research in future.
