Bargaining Strategy In Medical Equipment Supply Chain Under Government Supervision

With the support of the policy,the development of medical equipment in China has been accelerated,and the supply chain of medical equipment has become an important research object.The medical device industry is a high risk industry,the problem of medical equipment quality will cause related personnel injury,treatment interruption,wrong treatment or patient health deterioration,and irreversible loss of patients.So,government formulate reasonable supervision mechanism seems very important to enterprises.At the same time,bargaining is an urgent problem every enterprise in the manufacturing supply chain will face,directly affects the products demand and enterprise's competitive advantage in supply chain.It is also the key point reduce cost and improve the income.By referring to the domestic and foreign research achievements in related fields,this dissertation analyzes the shortcomings of the current research on supply chain bargaining.Combine with game theory,bargaining theory and optimization theory,based on the actual bargaining situation in enterprises of medical equipment supply chain,this dissertation develops the research on supply chain bargaining under the government supervision.In order to discuss the bargaining situation between supplier and manufacturer in medical equipment,this dissertation introduce demand function and government function,considering the influence of bargaining power,construct decision models with and without government supervision based on the models of "single supplier" and "multi suppliers".Besides,using optimization theory and bargaining theory,the optimal solutions of the two models are obtained.Comparing the optimal values of different decision models,with sensitivity analysis,discuss the influence of government supervision and bargaining power on the decision value of manufacturers and suppliers,this dissertation draws the following conclusions.Firstly,the government supervision influence the supply chain bargaining through the government's unit rewards and punishments factors and medical equipment accident probability.It doesn't matter with the sales quantity.Secondly,in the situation of government supervision,the government's incentives can effectively boost sales of medical devices,manufacturers' profits and suppliers' profits.Finally,under government regulation,in the model of a single supplier,the bargaining power of suppliers is higher,the trading volume is lower,the manufacturer's profit is smaller,and the price of trading and sale are lower.In the model of multi suppliers,with the bargaining power of supplier is increase,the trading volume and profit of supplier first increased and then decreased,at some point of bargaining power,come to the optimal values.Besides,the trading price and sale price,the profits of suppliers are positive with bargaining power.
