This essay is aimed at revealing the DX Group's status of HRM(Human Resource Management),analyzing its problems,and trying to find solutions respectively.With the continuous improvement of the economic environment,after years of exploration and reform,China's prison enterprises have made considerable development in all aspects.But due to the limitation of special circumstances,old traces of personnel management are still strong in the human resource management of the current prison enterprises.Thus more advanced human resources management philosophy is in urgent need,which through the rational use of scientific methods and techniques,it will gradually break the bottlenecks of prison enterprises' human resources management and give full play to the role of human resources to facilitate the realization of corporate strategic objectives.DX Group is a national enterprise of distinctive nature.At present,a variety of problems are occurring in the development of its human resources management.In this paper,the existing human resource management mode of DX Group is firstly analyzed combined with the motivation model theory.In order to figure out the main reasons for the ineffectiveness of the overall human resource planning including unreasonable salary system,loss of professional talents,unimplemented performance appraisal,weakening of the human resource management system correlation and so on.Then the essence of the motivation model theory is refined to provide theoretical support for the optimization of the DX Group's human resources management model.Finally,based on the enterprise's actual situation,a scientific and reasonable human resource management mode is developed for the DX Group in line with its own characteristics,from aspects of designing scientific salary system,improving the human resources management mechanism,perfecting the performance management evaluation system,increasing the implementation of human resources management and security,and paying attention to the group members' needs of the soul satisfaction,in order to not only maximize the enthusiasm of the workforce of the prison enterprises,but also provide reference to do make the best of maintenance and appreciation of values of national assets for the national prison enterprises while performing the function of educating and reforming the criminals.
