Panjin Liaohe Oilfield Tianyi Petroleum Equipment Co.,Ltd.was founded i n 2002.At present,only a few international manufacturers can produce top drive drilling system,Tianyi is one of them.Tianyi has won the brand products and t he title of famous trademarks of Liaoning Province several times in the past yea rs.But nowadays,because of downward pressure on China's economy has continue d to mount,and the slump in domestic and international demands,Tianyi is facin g an array of interwoven difficulties and challenges.In this paper,on the one hand,using the company's strategic management t heory,and by collecting a large number of data and analysis of the system,to formulate the Tanyi's future development strategy and target,enhance the compan y's ability to face increasingly fierce competition in the industry;on the other han d,analyzing Tianyi petroleum equipment company's internal and external environ ment from the macro environment,industry environment,enterprise resources,ent erprise ability,lay the foundation for formulating the development strategy of Tian yi petroleum equipment company;Third,according to the previous analysis confir med that its have relative competitive advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges(SWOT analysis),to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses for th e company,which provides the basis for choosing suitable for their own busines s development strategy;Fourth,through the analysis of theory with practice,the sel ection principle of target and development strategy of Tianyi petroleum equipmen t company,and then puts forward the differentiation strategy,technology innovatio n and talent strategy as a supplement.Finally,Tianyi petroleum equipment compan y development strategy of the implementation of the safeguard measures are disc ussed in this paper.In this paper,not only provide references of strategic choices for Tianyi Pet roleum Equipment Co.,but also provide benifit references for other companies of equipment manufacturing industry and has far-reaching significance.
