JS Enterprises Enhance The Core Competitiveness Study

With the ever increasing people's welfare,automobile industry develops fast with ever increasing market demand,boosting the fast developing speed of automobile interior decoration.With the surge of automobile buyers' overall intellectual level as well as purchasing demand,mobile interior consumption keeps rising as a result.As a Sino-US joint venture started by Jinbei Automobile Incorporated Company and Johnson Controls International Plc.among the top 500 enterprises globally,JS Company mainly runs automobile and interior manufacturing business,whose developing process in international cooperation and industrial development has certain representativeness.This paper starts from the core competence theory research,introducing relative scholars' researches on core competence and briefing the implication,features,construction,essential element and importance of core competence as theory basis in this paper and the relations with enterprise development.Taking JS Company current core competence as research subject,it focuses on targeted research through current problems and reasons of those in JS Company.n my view,there are such problems as low efficiency of these innovative ability,weak marketing ability,low proportion of foreign investment force,incentive mechanism does not meet the needs of staff and so on.It is caused by the lack of knowledge of resource allocation ability,the ability of strategic decision making,the lack of R & D capability and the development orientation,and the imperfect of talent training system.It sheds a light on relative leading brands with successful experience on improving core competence effectively.On the basis of analyzing relative theories and two cases about the enterprise and group,the measures for improving core competence of JS Company has been brought up.It is beneficial for further core competence improvement of similar types of automobile interior joint ventures.Some measures and advices are provided targe JS Company core competence: to improve strategic decision-making ability,to make break-through in improving resource utilization rate,to make proper personal cultivating program,to enhance performance management and so on.In theory part,theory researches on core competence of automobile interior component enterprises as well as the further development in that field.In terms of practice,some effective analysis methods and measures are recommended for managers and supervisors,which is also meaningful for other automobile interior enterprises for its experience.
