As an emerging industry,there was bubble of photovoltaic industry inevitably since the market has been developing for decades.The manufactory capacity adds continued to keep capacity utilization depressed,while the operating condition of relevant companies was deteriorating.However,Given the influence of European debt crisis in 2008,the anti-dumping of European and American trade duties in 2011 and 2012,process of De-bubble has been almost done.Under such market circumstances,Company A was established on December 31st,2013.At the beginning of establishment,Company A has set the goal of building a world top 5%most technically-and cost-competent production capacity of cells and modules within a year by bringing in a world-leading R&D,operations management team comprised of specialists and domestic talents in photovoltaic profession and through accurate technical route planning,optimizing capacity allocation and efficient operations management.As a newly founded PV company,Company A needs a lot of word for accomplishing the goal.The efficient and professional production&operations management system is absolutely essential for the goal,let alone the investment of finance,technology and talents.Founded on December 31 st 2013,Company A began the construction of factory in March 2014.The company did not go into operation formally until the end of 2014.Then Company A stared mass production from 2015.At that time,the existing regulation,regime and procedure were still imperfect,while the embryonic form of production&operations management system has newly formed.Nowadays,for accomplishing the goal as soon as possible,it is urgent to improve the existing production&operations management system.The key idea of this thesis is to design and construct the production&operations management system.Firstly,this thesis carries on the internal and the external environment analysis of Company A through the SWOT analysis method,as well as the analysis of its own advantages and disadvantages.Compare with the other PV companies,Company A has advantages in finance,technology and talents,since Company A has a set of incentives.Meanwhile,Company A has huge disadvantage in brand awareness,labor resource and ancillary industry chain.Based on the analyses on both Company A features and industry features,we are able to identify the framework of the adapted production&operations management system.Then,this thesis designs the adaptive production&operations management system by using the "Optimizing Business and Management Processes" and introducing "Innovative Mode of Enterprise Management".We plan to break the limits of traditional management mode and bring in the particular management system,which is invented by a Taiwanese conglomerate--a top 50 company in fortune 500,for strengthening internal control and cost control,accomplishing the prior controls of daily expenses.Guided by the operations management theory,this thesis presents the construction process of the adaptive production&operations management system,including cost management,the production planning management,inventory management and quality management,through combining the theory and practices,the qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally,this thesis makes suggestion the corresponding management policy proposal and safeguard measure,including setting up an optimized management system,designing an Efficient Organizations and creating a unique corporate culture.The construction of the efficient and professional production&operations management system not only has important value for Company A to enhance the management level,reduce operation losses and improve the competitiveness,but also has an impact on the sustainable development ability.Furthermore,efficient and professional production&operations management system is a necessary guarantee for gaining competitive advantages.Meanwhile,such efficient and professional production&operations management system provide some reference for the manufacturing companies in PV industry.
