The pharmaceuticals industry is an important industry related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.The Party Central Committee and the State Council has always paid high attention to it.Under the guidance of government departments,Chinese Pharmaceutical Profession Association,from nothing,develops and expands from small to big gradually,which has become a bridge and link between the government and pharmaceutical enterprises,playing the indispensable role.In order to serve industries and enterprises and promote stainable development of pharmaceuticals industry,Chinese Pharmaceutical Profession Association conducts a large number of exploration and practice on the aspect of vocational training,from which it accumulates valuable experience and also finds some problems.The paper,giving priority to perfect the training work of the Pharmaceutical Profession Association,analyzes actual problems faced during the process of vocational training,puts forward the solutions and innovatively makes discussion on function development and value application under big background of “network+”.And in this paper,the argumentation is made on them by combining with the features of pharmaceuticals industry to strive to make the suggestion more reasonable and the solution more scientific.On this basis,it promotes the improvement of various works of the Pharmaceutical Profession Association,practically makes the Pharmaceutical Profession Association develop among the leading industries,and promotes important role on the aspect of industry improvement by the way of using the minority to bring along the majority.
