In this paper, we study the tobacco monopoly bureau(company) the worker vocational training in the training materials cannot meet the demand of training, lack of training teachers, training condition cannot meet the needs of the skills training, lack of effective training pattern and scientific training methods, training evaluation index was flawed, to develop the suitable training materials to meet the training requirements, multi-channel to absorb, training of teachers, improve the training conditions, meet the needs of skill training and establish an effective training model and design scientific training method revised implement training, training evaluation indicators such as strategy, make the tobacco worker vocational training programs to meet the actual needs.
