Research On The Industrial Structure Optimization From The Perspective Of Resource Agglomeration

With the development of the global economy,The industrial structure of various countries changes from the first,the second industry to the third industry,This phenomenon happens to coincide with the evolution of the industrial structure predicted by Clark in seventeenth Century.That is,the more economic development,the industrial structure will be changed from"one,two,three" to "three,two,one" light structure.At present,China's economy is in a downward and excess capacity state,The country proposed to adjust the industrial structure through the supply side reform.Compared with the industrial structure of the whole country,Shanxi province is facing the dilemma of industrial structure optimization and adjustment because the second industry proportion is too large and the third industry proportion is insufficient in Shanxi.Shanxi has two major resources,coal resources and tourism resources.For a long time,Economic development in Shanxi depends on the coal resources as the main industry,while ignoring the tourism industry,which not only leading to the large proportion of heavy industry and the imbalance of industrial structure,but also causing serious environmental pollution,seriously restricting the sustainable development of the economy.Therefore,the adjustment of industrial structure in Shanxi is imminent.Shanxi has rich tourism resources,including natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources.Tourism industry as a sunrise industry with strong relevance,generating a huge industry agglomeration effect,not only can increase national income,promote social employment,but also can promote the development of many related industries,and optimize the industrial structure.Therefore,Shanxi Province should make full use of tourism resources agglomeration advantages,accelerate the development of the tourism industry,to cultivate the tourism industry into a new pillar industry of Shanxi Province,in order to promote the development of related industries,further promote the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure in Shanxi.Based on the analysis of the relationship between tourism resource agglomeration and the industrial structure optimization,this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the association of tourism industry and animal husbandry and fishery,industry,construction,accommodation and catering industry,financial industry,wholesale and retail,transportation and storage sector seven industries in Shanxi province,and is compared with the other five provinces in Central China.It is found that the tourism industry in Shanxi has a great relationship with many industries,which is the largest of the financial industry,and the least related to the transportation and storage of the postal industry.Therefore,This paper puts forward to Strengthen government guidance and change the concept of economic development,deepen the relationship between tourism industry and the financial sector,pay attention to the impact of tourism transportation and agriculture,strengthen the relevance of tourism and industry,construction industry,vigorously develop the specific countermeasures of wholesale and retail trade and accommodation and catering industry,hoping to promote the development of related industries through the tourism industry in Shanxi,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the industrial structure.
