The Study On The Influence Of Producer Services Agglomeration On The Optimization Of China's Industrial Structure

China's economy has entered a new normal and achieved a transition from highspeed growth to medium-high-speed growth.This means that the economic structure of our country is constantly being optimized and the economy has entered a new period of "transforming power" "adjusting the structure" and "boosting the power".Under the background of three superpositions,the focus of our country's economic development has shifted to the objective of optimizing and upgrading the structure and the path of optimization and transformation centered on traditional factor-driven to innovationdriven.Producer services are closely linked with the three industries through their middle input and strong industrial relations.They can promote the three industries to deepen their internal division of labor through forward and backward links,which makes the producer services plays an important role in the process of optimization.With the development of producer services,its agglomeration effect is also increasingly apparent.Will the agglomeration of producer services promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure? How much is it? What is the mechanism by which agglomeration of producer services affects the optimization of industrial structure? How to bring the productive service industry's agglomeration effect into full play in the industrial structure optimization?Based on the above problems,and based on the theory of industrial agglomeration,industrial relevance,industrial structure and other related theories,this paper argues the internal relations between the agglomeration of Producer services and the industries of our country,which based on the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparative analysis.By analyzing the status quo of the two,this paper explores the agglomeration effect of producer services and the mechanism of agglomeration of producer services on the optimization of industrial structure,and puts forward hypotheses.Then,using the panel data of 28 provinces(cities and districts)in China from 2006 to 2015,we use the intermediary utility model to empirically test the impact of producer services agglomeration on China's industrial structure optimization.The results show that the agglomeration of producer services nationwide can indeed promote the optimization of industrial structure.At the same time,the assumption that the agglomeration of producer services can promote the optimization of industrial structure through stimulating social demand and promoting technological innovation is proved to be verified.The government function,fixed asset investment and other variables can also have an impact on the optimization of China's industrial structure.Next,we use the typical urban panel data from the east,middle to the west of our country to test empirically,finally,we can verify that there are regional differences in the impact of producer service agglomeration on the local industrial structure optimization in different regions.Finally,after analyzing the advanced experiences of the developed countries such as the United States and Japan,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to give full play to the role of producer service agglomeration in promoting the optimization of our country's industrial structure.The emphasis is on promoting institutional reform and increasing the cost on producer services,promoting the upgrading of consumption,attaching importance to technological innovation,optimizing the investment structure and formulating the development strategy for differentiated areas.
