The Study On Technical Barriers To Trade Of EU To China's Food Export

Food is one of the most important export products of China,which owns the price advantage in the international market;also EU is major region of food export destination of China.At present,most countries,especially those in EU,cast more and more attention towards food safety problem.Since EU occupies leading position worldwide in setting food related laws and regulations,other counties around world are referencing EU standards while making food related laws and regulations.EU's high standards on food safety,on the one hand,protect the consumer and environment of theirs,on the other hand,set trade protection of EU member states.For China's food export,EU food import policy was set seemingly insuperable barrier.Which kind of technical barriers from EU towards food trade;what approaches should be taken into account by China government and commercial enterprises,by whose methods one can remove obstacles and promote food export trade,are important topic to be paid attention to as well as studied seriously.This article is doing research based on China's food exports and the EU technical barriers to trade,utilized methods of comparison analytic,graph analytic and real proof analytic,studied our country's food export situation on block barrier condition as well as block reasons,furthermore providing analysis towards helping exporting enterprises.This article contains six chapters:Chapter One: Introduction,description on paper research background,research technique and content,domestic and foreign material summary.Chapter Two: Analysis of our country's food export trade towards EU,elaboration on our country food export towards EU trade's basic facts,analysis of trade major countries and products,as well as the difficulties which food export trade are facing.Chapter Three: Set forth the EU food safety system,on both EU's food safety supervising authority and legal laws and regulation system,explained EU food safety management measure separately.Chapter Four: Analysis on our country's food export towards EU real time trade measure barrier,based on the objective data and illustrative cases,showing the technical barriers to trade towards food exportation to EU and its consequent influence.Chapter Five: Countermeasures of food export trade,in view of the above research analysis,providing proposals both to the government as well as to the enterprise,who can utilize those practicable approaches separately.Chapter six: Conclusion,summarize entire article for final conclusion.In brief,while facing the European Union's more and more strict technical barriers,our government authority and involved enterprise should utilize methods through the supervising coordinated interactively,managing organization various functions,enhancing foreign affair negotiation,promoting supervise and management levels,improving legal laws and regulations standard,strengthening enterprise self-discipline,upgrading technology and product quality and so on,hence with those efforts to eliminate the trade barrier,reduce the loss and strive for better food trade profit.
