Analysis And Planning Of Land Consolidation Conditions In Changjiang Village, Luolong Town, Nanxi County

Through the land consolidation, we can raising the quality of cultivated la nd and increasing effective cultivation areas,as well as improving the agricultur al and ecological condition and ecological environment by means of taking vari ous measures to comprehensively regulate fields,water,roads,woods and villages.In this dissertation, we mainly focus on the research of Luolong town Nanxi country, by analyzing of the present situation of land use, the land consolidation condition and the land consolidation potential,we could set up the land consolidation target,design of land consolidation planning,and analysis of land consolidation benefits.The main results are as follows:(1)Survey of the land use situation of Luolong town, the total area of land is 407.55hm2:the proportion of agricultural land is 64.67%, the proportion of construction land is 5.28%, the proportion of unused land is 30.05%,overall, the land use degree is higher,but the proportion of unused land is higher too,so there have some transformation potential.(2)Through the calculation of land consolidation potential of Luolong town,through development the unused grassland and bare exposed rock or gravel of unused land can add newly 40.13hm2 of farmland,development the beach which above the flood level all the year round can add newly 2.99hm2 of farmland,through terraced plowing and combined field of the existing cultivated land can add newly 1.6hm2 of farmland,and removal of 0.88hm2 from the engineering area,the town can increase farmland 43.84hm2, Accounted for 15.1% of the finishing area.(3)By the land consolidation planning and engineering design of the overall layout of Luolong town,the aim of this study is to achieve some target,for example:Increase the area of arable land, improve the quality of arable land, increase grain output, improve the utilization of land resources and so on.(4)The benefit analysis from the aspects of social,ecological environment and the quality of cultivated land of Luolong town land consolidation,it is concluded that the study area is not only significant in the social, ecological and economic benefits,but also beneficial to the mechanization and scale of agricultural production,and the implementation of the strategy of intensive and sustainable development in the construction of ecological agriculture, so that the development of agriculture can be better.
