Research On The Utilization Of Land Resources In The Process Of Urbanization In Taigu, Shanxi

With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, a large number of agricultural population from rural to urban, and the urban population have been expanding rapidly, he change of land use type and the increase of construction land demand followed. Between large and medium-sized cities, or cities and rurals, small towns and is completely cannot be ignored in the process of urbanization. Based on the urbanization of land resource utilization in small town, taking Taigu County of Shanxi as the main research object, the dynamic changes of land resources utilization of which were analyzed in the process of urbanization from 2003-2013, and to analyze change trend of three kinds of land use types refer to the urbanization rate, main economic indicators related to the scale of construction land development and their correlation further analyzed.The results showed that, cultivated area of agricultural land had slightly increased in the process of urbanization of Taigu County in 11 years, other types of agricultural land area reduced gradually, construction land area increased greatly, unused land area reduced gradually. Population size fixed asset investment and regional GDP which were the main economic indicators in process of urbanization, had very significant positive relationship with the scale of construction land (P< 0.001), one of the biggest influence factor is the regional GDP. Meanwhile, the potential of constructive land was analyzed combined general land use planning in 2006-2020 of Taigu County in the perspective of construction land conversion from "new construction land", ""pothook of city construction land increase and rural residential land decrease ", idle and inefficient land.Based on the current situation of land use spatial pattern and dynamic changes of different types land resources utilization from 2003-2013 in Taigu County of Shanxi, the characteristics of land resources utilization changes in the process of urbanization were summarized, existing problems were analyzed, and the countermeasures of sustainable use of land resources in Taigu County were put forward finally, it provides the theory basis for land resources rational utilization of small-town in the process of urbanization and small towns' development research in our country.
