Study On The Intensive Utilization Of County Land During The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the inevitable trend of regional economic and social development in China,the development of urbanization must be a large demand for urban construction land.In the case of construction land for sustainable growth and protection of farmland faced with tremendous pressure.In the process of Urbanization,we must change the inefficient and extensive utilization of land resources,to achieve the intensive use of land in the development of urbanization.Based on a large amount of research on the relevant literature,this paper deeply analyzed the relationship between the county urbanization and land use,to clear the importance of land intensive use in the process of Urbanization.The article takes Nong’an County as the research area,the interaction between urbanization level and land intensive utilization level in the county was deeply discussed,and established the coupling model of county urbanization level and land intensive utilization level,horizontal analyzed the interaction between two systems,made dynamic econometric analysis of two time series,longitudinal analyzed the evolution relationship between the two sequences.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.The general standard of land use is higher,but the structure is single,land intensive utilization is lower.It will be an effective means to solving inefficient land use problems by actively promoting the driving role of dominant areas,exploring pillar industries,strengthening inter regional government cooperation and advancing the optimization of land use structure and space industry cooperation.2.The development of urbanization is slow,the general standard is lower,spatial distribution is unbalance.The government should be scientific planning,pattern optimization,coordinating development and reasonable positioning,to promoting the smooth and healthy development of urbanization.3.The comprehensive evaluation result of urbanization system and intensive land use system is lower.In order to solve this problem,must be long-term development planning.In the process of urban development and expansion,optimizing land use structure,improving land use efficiency,promoting rational flow of regional production factors,in order to gradually reduce the gap between regions.4.There is a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship between county land urbanization level and land intensive utilization level,the improvement of urbanization level has a greater impact on land intensive utilization level.It will be help for reasonable construction of towns and healthy economic development by reasonable application the facilitating roles.
