Rapid growth since China's reform and opening up,the national economy,the process of urbanization level rising steadily.Under the background of the high-speed economic development,land resources,the new rural construction,urban construction problems emerge.At present our country's urbanization growth trend is obvious,the urban construction scale expands unceasingly,the growing demand for construction land,the phenomenon of cultivated land has become increasingly apparent.Countries in order to alleviate protect arable land,and the contradiction between the urbanization construction,and put forward the strategic thought of the dynamic balance of cultivated land,one billion eight hundred million mu of cultivated land in our country is red line,may not be insurmountable.Under this background,the land consolidation has become realize the dynamic balance of cultivated land and urbanization steadily rising one solution.The construction land under the category of house-site in the countryside in our country,idle rate on the high side,the lower level of intensive utilization of accounts for a large area,to carry out comprehensive consolidation potential study of house-site in the countryside is of great significance.This paper takes Cangxi County five dragon town as the research object,the practice of rural homestead construction based on the database of the study area,using the research methods of combination of theoretical research and empirical research to study the rural residential land consolidation potential problems.Based on the field investigation of the rural homestead in 15 villages in the study area,the CASS software is used for vectorization of the original data of the homestead,and the basic information of the rural residential land in the study area is obtained.Based on the investigation and analysis of geographical location,natural conditions,social economy and land use structure,this paper analyzes the driving forces,sources and influencing factors of the potential of rural residential land consolidation in the study area.The driving forces include the improvement of the urbanization level,the new rural construction,the grain security and the cultivated land security,and the optimization of the land resource allocation in four aspects.On society,economy and land use structure in three aspects of the 14 potential factors were analyzed,and the establishment of evaluation index system of the influence factors,finally the results show that the impact intensity of rural residential land consolidation potential of rural population quantity,convenient transportation,the per capita arable land area,total agricultural output,total grain output 8 of the biggest factors.After the comparison of the calculation methods,the reasonable and operational standard law of per capita construction land was used to calculate the theoretical consolidation potential of the rural residential land in the study area,and the theoretical arrangement potential was 66.54hm2.The study area of rural residential land consolidation potential is affected by the policy,timing,basic conditions and many other factors,this paper uses the variation coefficient method to determine the coefficient of consolidation potential,forecast for the next five years of the study area of rural residential land consolidation potential,the study area actual potential value 35.39hm2,by definition classification,the study area according to the actual potential value of the division level,two level,three level and four level Four level consolidation potential area...
