| The effective cross-department cooperation as well as the utilization of internal resources build the fundament for the enhancement of enterprise’s competitiveness and adaptiveness.The management of cross-department cooperation in the typical functional organization is an important research topic.The key factor of effective cooperation lies on the comprehensive utilization of organization structure,process,performance appraisal and corporate culture.However,it is still bewildering to find an effective way to coordinate resources for the organization.In this article,based on synergetics and the theory of project management,the cross-department cooperation of NU enterprise was taken as an example.We investigated the present situation of NU and the barriers between cooperation by using questionnaire surveys which focus on the organization structure,staff structure,process and operation.The author not only studied the possibility of the synergic management of cross-department cooperation in NU enterprise but also proposed the solutions in order to improve the efficiency of cooperation.Based on the variety resources requirements of cross-department businesses,the author designed the modules of project management and business.Furthermore,the principle of project management,organization structure,four-step process and the plan for performance appraisal were also introduced in here.Also,the key points of project management as well as safeguard measures were summarized.All of these efforts were taken with the hope of provide a reliable reference for cross-department cooperation in traditional manufacturing enterprise. |
