Research On The Reasons And Solutions Of Small And Micro Enterprises Financing Difficulties In Zhejiang Province

As one of the most vigorous enterprise groups in the socialist market economy in China,small and micro enterprises have made great contributions to the national economy for our country which has became the major force for the development of economy in China.However,the financing problems of small and micro enterprises does not find any effective solution.Though a series of financial regulations had been published by our government and financial apartment that to some extent relieved the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises,the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises have not be completely solved.Based on asymmetric information theory,credit rationing,relational financing as the theoretical basis,according to the topics design targeted questionnaire through effective delivery,sampling,recovery and data analysis in the enterprise service years,it is concluded what is the most urgent problems for small micro enterprise in Zhejiang province to be solved.By referring the domestic and foreign research results about small micro enterprise financing problems and the case of small micro enterprises in Zhejiang province,the paper analyzes the reason why small micro enterprises in Zhejiang province have financing difficulties in common,and then explores the application that an innovative mode of financing such as guarantee,pledge and etc.of small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems.Besides,the paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the financial system construction,coordination of power enterprises association,the construction of credit information and rating system.
